GANNET PARTNERS, SGEIC, S.A. has established a policy for the use of the whistleblowing channel in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 and Law 2\/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.<\/span><\/p>\n

The procedure will have a maximum period of 90 days, during which both the whistleblower and the company can exchange information regarding the case.<\/span><\/p>\n
