GANNET PARTNERS, SGEIC, S.A. has established a policy for the use of the whistleblowing channel in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

The procedure will have a maximum period of 90 days, during which both the whistleblower and the company can exchange information regarding the case.

All information exchanged between the whistleblower and the entity is confidential, and secure communications are guaranteed throughout the entire process.

This channel must be used in good faith to report truthful facts that constitute irregular, unlawful, or criminal behavior, or conduct contrary to the organization's internal rules, and may not be used to make false or malicious accusations.

Furthermore, we inform you that you may report any potential misconduct that has taken place in European Union member states, or identified by whistleblowers within the European Union, to the relevant external authorities.
