Gannet Private Equity is Gannet Partners' private equity investment division. It represents the natural evolution of Grupo Numa's private equity program, successfully developed since 2011, and is now open to new investors to share our experience and create value together.

Value Proposition
Alignment of interests with investors.
The strategy is built on strong alignment between the manager and its investors. Grupo Numa's family office has made a significant commitment to Gannet Buyout Partners I, Gannet's first fund pursuing this strategy. This investment demonstrates the sponsor's direct commitment to the funds' strategy.
Returns in less efficient markets.
We invest in the U.S. lower middle market, a segment characterized by less institutional competition, greater dispersion of returns, and compelling opportunities to outperform public markets.
A concentrated approach with differentiated access.
We believe overdiversification can dilute returns. We therefore construct a concentrated portfolio, carefully selecting the funds that offer the most attractive risk-return profiles.
